Error Message: Unable to add file to...

Hi

I am a new user to Acrobat and i find its 5GB Secured Space as a very useful feature.

But i am facing a problem while Storing files on Adobe.

In my case, Uploading completes but afterwards i get a Error Message: ''Unable to add file to Adobe. Pls try again.''

Pls solve the issue.
