Unable to access servlet from flash

HI...
I am new to Flash and AS3. I have the following issue with my Flash file.
I have?an application whose url is: http://www.somesite.com:8082/Application.html [server is somewhere in Chicago] .

here we are calling some servlets(which exist in the application) from flash file using the servlet-url:

http://www.somesite.com:8082/servlet/getviews.

and also the flash file also exists in the same application.

It is working fine in all the systems here[in India]. But, is not working in the same server system(which is in chicago) where our application is deployed.
Why is it not working?

Please can anyone help me in resolving this issue?
Or else, Can you please give me any suggestion on how to find?a solution for this issue?
