.swf files on second computer

I created an html file with a swf file embedded in it.

It plays fine on the internet. And when I click the ''index.html'' file in the website folder it plays as well.

I backed up the folder containing the website files on CD and copied it to another computer.

Problems with the copied files on the second computer:

When I click on the index file, ''index.html'' the swf file won't open.

However, when I'm logged in to the internet on this computer and go to the website the file plays.

What am I missing?
