Need to go back to earlier version.?Installed 9.1.3 and so cannot view pdf pages in the browser.?Where can I download Reader 8?
Where to find download for Reader 8http://download.cnet.com/Adobe-Reader/3000-10743_4-10000062.html
?Go to this site and at the bottom of the page is a drop down menu that has all previous versions of Reader...From 4.0 to Present
BEST OF LUCK
Where to find download for Reader 8Thanks for the suggestion.?However, the dropdown linked to other software on cnet, none of them Adobe Reader.?I tried 6 levels down the menu.?The paid links took me to Reader 9 downloads even when they 'promised' something different.?I found my download file for v.6 lurking on my hard drive and will use it for the time being.
Although CNET is a reputed download site, I always recommend to download only from the original software company.?(CNET also often is late with offering new versions and updates.)
